Saaph is operated by Saaph Limited, a company registered in Kenya. We are a guided setup platform — we help you build your ideal workspace and source products from global suppliers, delivered to Kenya.

All orders are paid via M-Pesa. Once payment is confirmed, your order is processed. For import orders, a deposit confirms your slot. The remaining shipping fee is paid on arrival. All prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KES).

Import products are sourced from China, Dubai, USA or UK. Air freight takes 7–21 days. Sea freight takes 5–10 weeks. Timelines are estimates — Saaph is not liable for customs delays outside our control. We communicate any delays proactively.

In-stock orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Import orders cannot be cancelled once sourcing has begun. If a product arrives damaged or significantly different from the listing, contact us within 24 hours via WhatsApp at 0745143704.

Delivery options include free hub pickup, rider delivery in Nairobi, and upcountry via matatu sacco. Delivery fees are shown at checkout. Saaph is not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery partners.

We work hard to ensure all product listings are accurate. Prices and availability may change. If a product you ordered becomes unavailable, we will contact you and offer a full refund or alternative.
